Museum of Underwater Archeology

The Museum of Underwater Archaeology (MUA) was created to help underwater archaeologists present their research to the general public through online museum style exhibits. Ethically committed researchers including students, professionals, and avocationals are all invited to submit their work for exhibition. Other features include briefs on current field work, an interactive introduction to underwater archaeology for children, a blog discussion on web development for underwater archaeologists, and proposals for future projects. The Museum’s site is maintained at the University of Rhode Island, Island History Department.
