Battleship North Carolina Museum

The Battleship New Carolina is moored n the river in Wilmington. It was build in 1937, and was the first battleship constructed in sixteen years. She became the first of ten fast battleships to join American fleet in World War II.

During World War II NEW CAROLINA participated in the most important naval offensive in the Pacific area.

You can also watch the pictures and mementos of people who live there or listen their stories.
