Voyager Maritime Museum New Zealand

The "Voyager Maritime Museum", located in Auckland´s Viaduct Habour in New Zealand, tells the remarkable stories of New Zealand’s rich maritime heritage.

From the first discovery by Kupe, to one of the most courageous migrations by the Polynesian peoples, to Abel Tasman and then Cook. The spirit of exploration has been forged and the boundaries of possibility are broken. From this spirit has emerged many of the world’s greatest maritime pioneers. Voyager honours them and those people who sailed to the limits of their imagination.

Furthermore the museum offers the possibilty to go on a varied range of sailing trips on board of one of the three heritage vessel, "Ted Ashby", "Breeze" and "SS Puke".
